Refund Policy

At Nutrideer, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been opened or used.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nutrideer.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For unopened products, return requests may be considered at our discretion within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please note:
- Products must be stored and used as directed.
- We do not guarantee individual results, as outcomes may vary.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal results.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
