Shipping policy

 

All orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand between the hours of 10.00 – 3.00 PM, Monday to Friday.  While we try to ship orders the same day, please allow up to 36 hours for your order to be dispatched.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at checkout and will be consistent with current New Zealand wide courier and postal charges offered by Nutrideer's distribution providers.

For orders over $NZ150, shipping is FREE.  We do not ship to PO Boxes, please make sure a physical address is entered on your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we can offer international shipping on individual orders. Orders must not exceed 2kg. 

All our International shipping prices will differ depending on the destination. Shipping prices will be calculated at check out. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Nutrideer Supplements are an all-natural dietary supplement made from natural ingredients and because of health and hygiene protocols, we are unable to offer returns. We appreciate your understanding. However, if you have received a damaged product or a wrong order, please contact us immediately on hello@nutrideer.nz so we may verify your order and attempt to make it right for you.
